We provide a 24/7 service for maintenance and repair requests to our residents. All requests are assigned to trusted service professionals who offer reasonable pricing.

You can have home repairs for a fixed price as low as $50 per month and a $100 service call for basic coverage, which includes a plumbing system, electrical system, and appliances.

For more comprehensive coverage, you can choose the full plan for $100 per month, also with a $100 service call. This full coverage includes the plumbing system, electrical system, appliances, HVAC, roof leaks, touch-up paint, and more.

Absolutely. The tenant must obtain renter’s insurance with the following minimum coverage provisions:

- At least $100,000 for personal liability
- At least $50,000 for loss of use
- At least $50,000 for personal property
- At least $5,000 for water backup
- Coverage for earthquakes

Additionally, the policy should have a maximum deductible of $2,500, and Supreme Real Estate and Homeowner should be added as interested parties on the policy.

We conduct thorough tenant screening, which includes obtaining a credit report, criminal background check, and eviction history. We also verify employment and income before sending the rental application to you for final approval.

Additionally, we provide eviction protection for all our clients. This means we cover attorney fees and court costs associated with uncontested evictions for non-payment of rent for all tenants placed by Supreme Real Estate.

The most popular real estate listing sites are Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, and the MLS. These are the platforms where we list your home. When we list your home on Zillow and the MLS, it automatically appears on their advertising networks, which include sites like HotPads, Trulia, Apartments.com, Realtor.com, and Homes.com. While we can list your home on additional sites, in our 13 years of experience, we have not found it necessary. Please note that the specific listing sites may vary for Single Family Rentals (SFR) and Multi-Family (MF) properties.

We invest in high-quality photography, 3D tours, and detailed floor plans with dimensions to ensure your home stands out online.

Condos, single-family homes, and multi-family homes are our favorite properties to manage. Although we have experience managing commercial real estate, we prefer to focus our attention on residential rental homes.

We conduct a market analysis of your home utilizing the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and Zillow.

It begins with a property inspection to identify necessary repairs and/or cleaning for your home. Tenants appreciate homes that are filled with natural light. We identify the best times of day when your home receives the most sunlight, allowing us to showcase it at its brightest. We may hire an interior designer to make your home sparkle for a fast and long-term rental. Many potential tenants are impressed, often exclaiming "WOW" when they enter our managed homes.
